When will my credit card be charged?

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card as: "ALL4CANOPY.COM, ALHAMBRA, CA"
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping to State of California.
8.75% Sales Tax will be added to total including Shipping Charge.

If the order status is not shipped, you can contact us to change or cancel your order.

Has my order shipped?
Click the "My Accounts" link at the top of our site to track your order status.
Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
If your packages each show a status of "delivered", but not received, please contact customer service for assistance.

We also ship to Military APO/FPO.
